Biography
Dr. Nataša Đurišić-Mladenović is an Associate Professor at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technology. She has significant experience within the field of environmental science, biodiesel production and characterization, applied chemometrics in source identification and sample classification, application of gas chromatography, and atomic absorption spectrometry; her research interest lies also in the field of other alternative fuels, waste-to-energy valorization, environmental protection and remediation, chemical contaminants monitoring. Dr. Đurišić-Mladenović has participated in 10 national, 7 international (1 FP7, 3 IPA HU-SRB, 3 COST) and 7 bilateral projects (2 with Hungary, 1 with Slovenia, 1 with Spain, 1 with China, 1 with Portugal and 1 with Germany) dedicated to the environmental pollution and control, chemical contaminants analysis, waste valorization, green technologies, etc. She was a Communication Coordinator in FP7 CEFSER project (GA229629), 2009-2012. She was a Principal Investigator of the Serbian team in bilateral project of Serbia-Germany “Assessing environmental and social impacts of Regional BIoeconomy Systems (REBIS)”, funded by the Serbian Ministry for Education, Science and Technological Development and DAAD (Germany), 2020-2021.
